Amit seeks to reduce conflict and negotiate comprehensive and lasting agreements, where possible.
If the matter requires resolution in Court or through ADR processes, he seeks to secure effective solutions and favourable outcomes that meet his clients' needs.

He dives deep into the complex issues to understand them from first principles, be it, tax, valuations, corporate matters, alienation and estrangement, and psychological impacts on parenting, among others.
Amit has appeared and argued before all levels of Court in Ontario including numerous trials and appeals.
His past experiences includes interning in a foreign parliament working with the Minister of Justice and reporting to the Economics Committee on his research, co-authoring an article in the Family Law Quarterly with Gary Joseph on helpful and effective strategies for questioning in family law proceedings, and co-presenting at the Ontario Bar Association concerning an appellate decision in which he partook.
