Gail brings 15 years of diverse litigation experience to MacDonald & Partners LLP. She has appeared on behalf of individuals and corporations across all levels of court in Ontario. For many years, Gail sharpened her skills at a prominent litigation boutique in Toronto, and most recently served as Senior Counsel in a large financial institution where she managed high-risk litigation. As a trusted advisor to her clients, Gail is known for smart, strategic, practical, cost-effective advice that does not lose sight of the big picture.
In 2024, Gail pursued her passion for family law and joined MacDonald & Partners LLP. She represents and advises clients on all family law issues, including parenting disputes, support, division of property, separation agreements and marriage contracts.
