Originally from Montreal, David obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McGill University. After developing a well-balanced background studying Psychology, Linguistics, and Communication Studies, David transitioned to the study of law at McGill, obtaining a dual degree in common law (LL.B.) and civil law (B.C.L.).

During law school, David was involved with Mediation at McGill, served as President of the McGill Entertainment and Sports Law Association, and worked as the Coordinator of the McGill High School Outreach program, which delivered workshops on the law to students at underprivileged high schools in Montreal.

David cares about the motivations and goals of his clients and works side-by-side with them to develop litigation strategies. His developing practice comprises all areas of family law including divorce, child custody, support obligations, separation agreements, property division, marriage contracts, and child protection. David has conducted a child protection trial in the Ontario Court of Justice and appears regularly in the Superior Court of Justice. He uses a rational, determined approach to resolve matters and pursues alternative dispute resolution where possible to assist clients in avoiding lengthy court proceedings.

David has visited over 25 countries including Australia, where he completed a semester of his legal education through an exchange program at the University of New South Wales. David has also worked in the fields of family law, commercial law, and medical malpractice in Singapore and Israel.
